My detox and reboot green smoothie!

I have really learned to love the taste of green veggies, especially in a smoothie! This smoothie isn't something that you'd have to fix your sweet tooth, or a late night treat, this is something you'd make if you feel your body screaming it needs a reboot. The great thing about this is you can make it using any green veggies you have in your fridge. For today I used some of my favorites and added in some drops of doTERRA wild orange to give it a citrus yummy taste which really helped balance out the veggies.


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of kale or any leafy greens

  • Half a cucumber

  • 3 celery ribs

  • 1/2 medium avocado

  • 1-2 cups of filtered water

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1-2 scoops of collagen

  • 5-6 drops of doTERRA wild orange for citrus taste (OPTIONAL)

BLEND ALL TOGETHER AND ENJOY!

**If you don't like pulp, I would suggest juicing the vegetables or straining it after blending!**
